By registering, accessing, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy (Part I), and our Cookie Policy (Part III). These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Intermediary Rules, 2021.

These Terms are an electronic record within the meaning of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and do not require any physical or digital signature.
